Any of our work is likely to fit. Look at the program of last year's AAAI:
http://www.aaai.org/Conferences/AAAI/2005/aaai05program.pdf
Particular topics like information extraction, machine
learning-connected stuff, and semantics/KR-connected
stuff seem somewhat better candidates but if you look at
the NLP papers that are there, it's pretty all over the
map.
The main disadvantage of presenting at AAAI/IJCAI is that
many/most NLP people won't see it. The main advantage is
that for people outside NLP, it's a much more widely
known brand than things like EMNLP of CoNLL (i.e., useful
on the academic job market).
