Abstract

Some of the lessons I’ve learned building AI at the frontier labs over the past few years. I’ll share what I saw from the inside, what surprised me, what I got wrong, and where I think this is all heading, including why the most undervalued capabilities in AI are the ones that make us most human, and why that matters for what comes next.

Bio

Karina recently started an AI product research company. Previously she was an AI researcher and a product builder, working on ChatGPT at OpenAI and Claude at Anthropic.
